What is the return policy?
We accept returns for 14 days for any reason (you pay shipping). After
we have received your item and confirmed its functionality, you will
receive a refund to your original payment method.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Digital Items (such as .stls, .pdf, .zip files) are excluded and cannot be refunded.
When will I get my order?
Our usual delivery times are between 2-14 days depending on location.
Germany: 1-5 days
Europe: 2-7 days
Outside of Europe: 7-14 days, sometimes longer depending on customs.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our own products are manufactured in germany, with parts being sources primarily from germany and other EU countries. We believe in supporting our community and buy locally wherever possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
