  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Personalized or customized items (such as those with laser engraving) are non-returnable.

Note: Used items are not eligible for returns, but we do offer repairs and replacements for up to 2 years from the purchase date. Please see our repair policy below.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@mco.gg within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back to us.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Note: Please retain a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized items, such as products with laser engraving.

  • Items that are used or no longer in their original condition and packaging.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the item.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

How to Request an Exchange

  2. Exchange Approval: We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Exchanges will be processed once we receive the defective item and confirm eligibility. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a similar replacement or a refund.

6. Repairs and Replacements (2-Year Warranty)

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items purchased from MCO are covered by a 2-year warranty for repairs or replacements due to manufacturing defects.

How to Request a Repair or Replacement

  1. Contact Us: Email support@mco.gg with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

  2. Assessment: Our team will assess the defect and determine if a repair or replacement is appropriate.

  3. Processing: Repairs or replacements are processed at no additional cost to you.

Note: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product.

Returns are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at support@mco.gg. We will assist you in processing a claim or exchange.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@mco.gg. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
