Standard Shipping: Available for domestic and international orders.
Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, please contact us at orders@mco.gg to arrange expedited shipping and handling.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped, which typically occurs within 1-7 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Domestic (Germany)
Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days
European Union (EU)
Standard Shipping: 2-14 business days
International (Outside the EU)
Standard Shipping: 1-2 weeks or more, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or regional shipping restrictions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of your order. The total shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Domestic Orders (Germany): Standard shipping rates apply.
EU Orders: Standard shipping rates apply.
International Orders: Standard shipping rates apply, plus any potential customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. International Shipping
MCO is pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. Please be aware of the following:
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt. MCO cannot predict or cover these fees, as they vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential fees.
Shipping Restrictions: Some items may be restricted for shipment to certain countries. If there is an issue with your order's delivery to your location, we will contact you promptly.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions for tracking your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days. Processing time may vary based on order volume, product availability, or other factors. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at orders@mco.gg. We will do our best to accommodate address changes if your order has not yet been shipped.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please reach out to us at support@mco.gg. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Note that customs delays for international orders are beyond our control and may extend delivery times.
What should I do if my package is damaged upon arrival?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at support@mco.gg. We will assist you in processing a claim with the shipping carrier.
